Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to team members including organizing schedules and appointments.
Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately stored.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with the coordination of virtual meetings and team events.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Familiarity with office management systems and software.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative professional will be a plus.
