About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on SEO expert who can drive serious results across both on-page and off-page SEO. You’ll be responsible for everything from keyword research and technical audits to link building and content optimization. This is a strategic and executional role—you’ll be the go-to person for all things SEO.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings
Perform on-page optimizations (meta tags, internal linking, page structure, keyword targeting)
Manage and grow a high-quality link-building program
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical fixes
Track SEO performance and report on KPIs
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to optimize all published materials for SEO
Stay ahead of industry changes and algorithm updates to keep our strategy sharp

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of proven SEO experience (on-page and off-page)
Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Successful track record managing link-building campaigns
Ability to run SEO audits and implement improvements
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Highly analytical with strong reporting and communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bonus points for experience in legal, staffing, or service-based industries
