The Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Specialist to build and grow strategic partnerships that fuel our client acquisition efforts. Your mission is to identify, initiate, and manage partnerships that expand our network and generate qualified leads.

This role blends business development, relationship management, and sharp execution. You’ll own the partnership process from outreach and onboarding to performance tracking and engagement.

What You’ll Do

Research and identify partnership opportunities aligned with our ideal client profile
Conduct outreach to prospective partners and referral sources
Set up and manage partnership calls, contracts, and onboarding
Track and report on pipeline, activity, and performance metrics
Maintain and nurture high-value partner relationships
Collaborate with marketing and sales on co-branded efforts and lead funnels
Use CRM tools to manage contacts, tasks, and follow-ups
Identify and test new business development channels
Build systems and processes to scale partnership efforts

Requirements

2+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
Proven track record of building B2B relationships that generate leads or revenue
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CRM proficiency and strong follow-up systems
Organized and detail-oriented with proactive habits
Experience in legal, staffing, or professional services a plus
Prior experience working remotely is preferred
