About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our Billing Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, confirming appointments, handling follow-ups, and delivering a professional and friendly customer experience.

You’ll also assist in tracking responses, updating call records, and ensuring that all client-facing communication is timely and effective. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on talking to people, communicates clearly, is very organised, and enjoys working in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and team members
Follow up with clients via email, phone, or SMS regarding scheduling or billing queries
Maintain and organize internal spreadsheets, trackers, and project docs
Ensure consistent and professional communication with all clients
Support the daily operations of the team

Required Skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (must be C2 fluent)
Very comfortable making outbound calls to US-based clients
Highly reliable and detail-oriented
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Professional, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Pay & Work Schedule

Pay: R25,000/month

Hours: 4pm – 12am South Africa time (Mondays – Fridays)

Location: Fully remote – work from home
