[Retention Marketing Experts…]We Want to Consider You for the Most Important Role at Our Fast-Growing Retention Marketing Agency
You will handle client communication for 8-10 accounts while taking full responsibility over strategy and client success – and you will oversee your team of a Copywriter, Designer, and Technician.
Compensation:
~$3.5K-4.5k/month OTE
Will be servicing 6-10 clients at full capacity
Typically set up as a base monthly payment + bonus incentives based on individual client goals

Project Manager Mission:
1) Manage and take responsibility for all client communication
2) Manage and take responsibility for all client strategy and success
3) Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
4) Build out campaign calendars for clients
5) Create tasks and provide guidance to our team so they can produce quickly and at a high quality
6) Review copy and give strategic edits/feedback to copywriters
7) Review designs and give strategic edits/feedback to designers
8) Ensure all tasks/projects are completed on time, and ensure team members are aware of what needs to be done
9) Answer questions any team members may have, and communicate with them regularly
10) Implement anything clients might request by formatting the task/project in a way that the team can act on
11) Communicate professionally with clients in Slack, over email, and on Zoom calls
Competencies:
STRONG knowledge of Email & SMS marketing strategies for Ecommerce brands and other types of businesses
Great knowledge of Klaviyo and technical aspects of Klaviyo
Strong direct response and branded copywriting knowledge
Basic knowledge of using Figma and tweaking designs
Perfect or near perfect English
Strong communication skills for both the team and with clients
Work horse
Strong desire to produce fantastic results for our clients
