Job Description
This is a remote position.
A busy UK-based property and small business investor is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support multiple business operations. This is a flexible, part-time, remote independent contracting role, initially 4–8 hours per week, with scope to grow as the role develops.
This role is ideal for someone who is systems-minded, proactive, and enjoys working across diverse tasks while supporting dynamic, growing ventures. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple projects, helping operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email across multiple inboxes (up to 8) for different business operations.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation and e-commerce support.
- Support systems setup, research, and implementation.
- Implement and manage project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
- Manage diaries and calendars efficiently.
- Assist with e-Commerce operations as required. Shopify experience extremely advantageous.
- Input and maintain reporting and financial data (capturing information into Xero).
- Assist with basic design tasks and document formatting (Canva, WordPress — advantageous).
- Proactively suggest improvements to workflows and systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an administrative or virtual assistant preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively across multiple projects.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel (Xero data entry — not bookkeeping).
- Comfortable implementing and managing project management systems (Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
- Basic familiarity with e-Commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads) and WordPress/Canva is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet.
