Job Description
An online gaming and betting company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join their Finance Department as a Payments Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing payments and loading player accounts. This role is crucial for their operations and requires strong numerical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of integrity. This is a hybrid role where you need to work afternoon and evenings and 1 or 2 day shifts.

Responsibilities

Process and approve player account payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Load and reconcile player accounts according to company procedures.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate payment records and assist with reconciliations as needed.

Monitor daily transactions and flag any discrepancies or irregular activity.

Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment queries efficiently.

Support ad-hoc tasks within the finance department as required.

This role offers a flexible shift schedule with rotational days off, providing a good work-life balance.

Shifts may be remote or in-office and include:

 

Monday – Sunday – Two days off per week (rotational)

08h00 – 17h00 (in-office or remote with flexibility)

14h00 – 21h00 (remote)

 

Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a finance, payments, or administrative role.

Self-motivated professional

MS Excel intermediate to advanced

Excellent problem-solving skills

A high level of computer literacy, tech savvy

The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

A keen eye for detail and an aptitude for working with numbers are essential.
