Help Travelers Get There With Confidence and Speed
We’re looking for a fast, empathetic, and detail-oriented Travel Agent (Ticketing Customer Service) to help travelers get where they need to go—stress-free and on time. This work-from-home role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-pressure situations, communicates with clarity and kindness, and understands the urgency behind every ticket.
As part of our team, you’ll book flights, issue tickets using Amadeus (and ideally Sabre), and help customers navigate changes, cancellations, or special requests with professionalism and speed. Your ability to stay calm and accurate—even when things get hectic—will make all the difference for travelers counting on you.
What You’ll Do:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and messages related to flight booking and ticketing
Book and issue airline tickets using Amadeus (Sabre is a plus)
Manage last-minute requests, changes, and cancellations with confidence and clear communication
Offer empathetic, prompt, and professional service that builds trust
Solve problems quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Stay up to date with policy changes and airline updates
Upsell services and support sales targets where appropriate
Deliver precise, timely ticketing and documentation every time
What You Bring:
Proven experience using Amadeus GDS (Sabre is a bonus)
Previous success in a travel agency or customer-facing ticketing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A fast, focused, and highly accurate working style
A calm, solutions-driven mindset—even under pressure
