Help Residents Feel at Home, From the First Call to the Final Follow-Up.

We’re looking for a calm, organized, and empathetic Property Management Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our resident experience team. This role goes beyond managing units; it’s about caring for the people who live in them.

As the first point of contact, you’ll help residents feel heard, supported, and cared for. From calls and emails to scheduling and transaction tracking, your work keeps operations running smoothly and residents feeling at ease.

This role is remote, but your impact will be felt every day in how our residents are treated.

What You’ll Do:

Be the first voice residents hear—respond to calls and emails with care, clarity, and professionalism.
Track and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring nothing gets missed.
Help manage collections, transactions, and other day-to-day admin tasks (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
Support leasing efforts by helping fill vacant units and working with prospective tenants.
Keep records neat and accurate using RM Property Management software (we’ll teach you if needed).
Work with our internal team to keep daily operations running at a high level.
Manage multiple priorities with focus, care, and strong attention to detail.

What You Bring:

Clear, professional English in both writing and speech.
The ability to juggle multiple needs without dropping the ball.
A calm, empathetic mindset, even when others are stressed.
Experience in property management is a bonus, but not required.
Familiarity with RM software helps, but we’re happy to train you.
You’re quick to learn, detail-oriented, and always follow through.
