We’re looking for a Leasing Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our leasing process—so no lead is forgotten and every prospect gets a great experience.
You’ll be the person who turns curiosity into conversations, and conversations into signed leases.
When you follow up well, keep clean records, and guide people through next steps, our properties stay full and our communities grow.
What You’ll Do
Turn Leads Into Opportunities
You’ll enter, manage, and track leasing leads in our CRM or property management system so no inquiry ever gets lost.
Be the First Friendly Voice
You’ll call inbound and outbound leads, ask the right questions, and pre-qualify prospects with confidence and professionalism.
Keep the Process Moving
You’ll schedule next steps, follow up consistently, and guide prospects through the leasing pipeline.
Keep Records Clean
You’ll maintain detailed notes, update records, and make sure every interaction is documented and easy to follow.
Support the Team
You’ll coordinate with leasing and property management teams to keep everything aligned and on track.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re highly organized and naturally follow through.
You sound confident, friendly, and professional on the phone.
You document everything clearly and accurately.
You’ve used a CRM or property management system before.
You’re comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
You’ve worked with Rent Manager or similar software (a plus).
You can handle a high volume of leads without dropping the ball.
