We’re looking for a Finance Controller who can bring accuracy, visibility, and control to our financial operations. Someone who doesn’t just report the numbers, but makes them useful.

In this role, you’ll ensure every dollar is tracked, every report is reliable, and leadership has the insights they need to make confident decisions.

What You’ll Do

Own collections performance and ensure billed revenue is actually collected
Identify gaps, delays, and revenue leakage, and fix them
Oversee cash reconciliation and ensure all payments are accurately tracked
Manage Accounts Payable and partner with bookkeeping to keep records clean
Maintain accurate financial statements, including P&L integrity
Prepare clear, executive-level reports with actionable insights
Track key metrics, collections, aging, patient responsibility, and revenue trends
Identify financial risks and recommend solutions
Work closely with the CEO to support financial strategy and decision-making
Ensure all financial data is organized, accurate, and ready for leadership review
Present insights in a clear, structured, and decision-ready format

What You Bring

5+ years in finance, accounting, or controller roles
Strong experience in reporting, reconciliation, and collections
Experience managing Accounts Payable and working with bookkeepers
Sharp analytical skills, you turn data into decisions
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience in healthcare, ABA, or insurance billing (a plus)
Experience working with executive leadership in fast-paced environments (a plus)
