We are hiring a world-class Executive Assistant / Operator to partner directly with our Founder & CEO, Aaron Klein — a visionary entrepreneur building multiple technology and staffing platforms. Aaron moves fast, thinks faster, and generates more ideas in a day than most teams do in a month.
If Aaron is the ignition, you’ll be the engine — the stabilizer, finisher, and amplifier who turns sparks into systems and ensures momentum never stalls.
The Role
This is not a traditional assistant position. You’ll function as an extension of the CEO’s mind — anticipating, prioritizing, and creating order so he can stay focused on what only he can do: vision, sales, client relationships, and growth strategy.
You will clear the runway by:
Turning raw ideas into finished guides, posts, and client tools
Translating chaos into systems and SOPs
Building rails (trackers, briefs, workflows) for predictable execution
Protecting the CEO’s time, energy, and clarity

Responsibilities
Protect Time & Clarity
Deliver daily/weekly briefs (top priorities, pipeline, client issues)
End each day with a “Done List” to make progress visible
Keep inbox, calendar, and CRM tight — nothing slips, nothing lingers
Content & Authority Support
Capture sparks from voice notes and turn them into LinkedIn drafts, guides, or frameworks
Manage a content library — organize, tag, and maintain flow
Support authority-building projects (testimonials, case studies, newsletters)
Client Experience & Retention
Systematize onboarding (welcome packs, kickoff emails, “what’s next” docs)
Coordinate testimonials, gifting, and client touchpoints
Prep concise call briefs and log insights into CRM
Project Finishing
Keep websites, branding, and product milestones on track
Manage vendors, track progress, and escalate decisions with clarity
Close loops others leave open
Strategic Insights
Research tools, partners, and opportunities
Deliver 1-page briefs with clear options and recommendations
Results You Own
CEO starts and ends each day with clarity, not fog
Content machine runs — ideas captured, organized, published
Client experience feels seamless — onboarding, follow-ups, touchpoints
Projects move to done — websites, guides, systems completed
CEO spends 70–80% of the week in vision, sales, content, and relationships
Requirements
5–10 years as EA, Chief of Staff, or Ops role supporting a founder/CEO
Proven record of turning chaos into clarity for high-energy leaders
Evidence of building systems (CRM processes, SOPs, onboarding flows, content libraries)
Elite communicator — crisp writing, clear speaking, able to draft in another’s voice
Client-facing polish — confident representing leadership to clients, partners, vendors
High follow-through — you finish what you start without nudges
Assertive yet diplomatic — able to push back and realign priorities
