We’re looking for a proactive eCommerce Project Manager who keeps client projects clear, on track, and moving forward, while making every client feel supported, confident, and heard.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced design or creative agency, understands how creative work supports Amazon and eCommerce brands, and can confidently lead both clients and internal teams.
When communication is clear, workflows are tight, and leadership is steady, great eCommerce campaigns happen. You make that possible.
What You’ll Do
Be the Client Lead
You’ll be the face of the project and the voice clients trust.
Serve as the main point of contact for eCommerce clients
Lead onboarding calls and project kickoffs
Manage expectations and translate client needs into clear action items for designers
Keep Projects Moving
You’ll bring structure and momentum to every engagement.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows
Track progress and flag risks or blockers early
Solve problems before they slow the team
Own the System
You’ll keep everything visible and organized.
Maintain project updates and documentation in Asana (or similar tools)
Ensure teams have what they need to deliver on time and with quality
Lead With Presence
You’ll represent the agency with professionalism.
Communicate clearly, warmly, and confidently
Create a client experience that feels friendly, polished, and reliable
What We’re Prioritizing for This Role
For the next group of candidates, these are important focus areas:
Strong on-camera presence for client-facing videos
(friendly, welcoming, professional, and presentable)
Experience with basic eCommerce software
(Amazon experience is a strong plus)
Proven experience managing or leading a team
Background in a design, creative, or marketing agency
Experience as the main communication point for clients
Project management experience within their field
This is a client-facing role. Presentation, communication style, and overall professionalism matter because clients trust what they see and hear first.
What You Bring
Experience as a Project Manager in a creative, marketing, or eCommerce agency
Experience supporting Amazon brands or eCommerce clients
Comfort managing creative or design teams
Strong, clear client-facing communication
Hands-on experience with Asana or similar PM tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive, and accountable working style
Why This Role Matters
You create the structure that allows creative teams to focus, and clients to feel confident. When you run the process well, projects stay smooth, relationships stay strong, and eCommerce brands grow faster.
If you enjoy leading clients, guiding teams, and keeping complex projects organized without losing the human touch, this role is built for you.
