About the Role:
As an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for turning high-volume outbound activity into MQLs, booked demos, and free trial activations, ensuring a predictable, measurable, and consistent flow of opportunities into HubSpot.
You will manage daily outreach, follow-up replies, pipeline admin, HubSpot hygiene, and booking logistics. You will own the outbound engine from start to finish — ensuring that every email, message, reply, and booking is handled professionally and efficiently.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Building a High-Converting Outbound Funnel: Develop a repeatable outbound system that consistently hits the defined KPI targets.
Maintaining 100% HubSpot Accuracy & Operational Discipline: Ensure HubSpot always shows an up-to-date and accurate view of the outbound pipeline.
Improving Conversion Ratios Across the Entire Outbound Funnel: Continuously work on raising the quality of outbound efforts and boosting conversion rates.
Directly Supporting Revenue Growth: Deliver enough high-quality demos to help the company meet its revenue goals.
Running consistent multi-channel outbound outreach: Send high-volume emails, manage LinkedIn outreach, make warm calls, and complete all follow-up steps across channels while staying on target.
Handling and qualifying all incoming replies: Respond within SLA, identify MQLs correctly, and move qualified leads smoothly through the funnel toward demos or trials.
Managing a strong demo pipeline: Book demos, send reminders and confirmations, and support all steps needed to keep show-up rates high and the pipeline reliable.
Keeping operations clean and disciplined: Maintain accurate HubSpot updates, follow daily routines and time-blocking, and deliver all required reports on time.
You’ll be a great fit if you have the following hard skills:
Experience with Apollo.io sequencing
Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (BotDog, Waalaxy)
Strong written communication skills for reply handling
Cold calling and objection handling fundamentals
Experience with HubSpot: deals, tasks, follow-ups, lifecycle stages, notes
Multi-channel conversation management skills
Understanding of ICPs, buyer intent signals, and qualification
Basic technical vocabulary for proxies, data, scraping, IP rotation
Time blocking & task prioritisation skills
Experience with KPI reporting and tracking in HubSpot

You’ll be a great fit if you have the following career background:
3+ years B2B outbound lead generation experience
Understanding of proxies, IPs, and scraping workflows
Apollo.io and LinkedIn outreach proficiency
Ability to call prospects with confidence
CRM (HubSpot preferred) experience
Strong English writing and communication
Ability to handle high-volume outreach
Proven record of booking demos
Excellent reply-handling ability
Experience in AdTech, DataOps, SEO tools, or similar
Strong research and ICP-identification skills
Experience coordinating calendars and bookings
Experience in fast-growth or startup environments
