We need an Organic Growth Strategist who can master both Reddit marketing and SEO to drive explosive organic growth across multiple channels. This role combines social media expertise, technical SEO prowess, and strategic market research to create a comprehensive growth engine.

Our ideal candidate must be deeply curious, a natural problem solver, have exceptional copywriting, while also being technically savvy. You’ll need experience creating viral or highly engaging content across social platforms, plus the analytical mindset to dive deep into SEO data and competitor research.

Why This Role Matters

Reddit Marketing & Market Research: You’ll be orchestrating sophisticated Reddit marketing campaigns that actually work, building and managing client campaigns while conducting thorough keyword research and identifying opportunities to rank Reddit threads in Google search results. You’ll be heavily involved in market research for strategic decision making, covering Reddit extensively to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights that drive our growth strategy.

You’ll setup automated processes to manage numerous client campaigns and outcompete competitors for exposure by always catching new opportunities as they appear.

Local SEO : You’ll be responsible for managing and growing eventually 100s of Google Business Profiles. This role delves into the dark arts, going deep into grey hat SEO 🧙‍♂️. You need to be comfortable with trying multiple different tactics, often hitting failure but knowing you’ll eventually come up trumps.

You’ll dive deep into data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs to reverse engineer competitor success and identify untapped opportunities. This means uncovering high-value keywords and mapping out content strategies that align with our aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Reddit Community Management: Build authentic engagement across relevant subreddits while identifying viral content opportunities
Market Research Leadership: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to inform strategic decisions across all growth channels
Local SEO Scaling: Manage and optimize hundreds of Google Business Profiles using automated processes and grey hat techniques
Data Analysis: Extract actionable insights from multiple analytics platforms to drive decision-making
Process Development: Build out strategies and automations to scale organic growth aggressively
Competitor Intelligence: Reverse engineer successful competitor strategies across Reddit and search

Requirements

Very strong English proficiency
Suitable work-from-home setup (strong wifi, good computer/laptop)
Ideally ability to work 8-hour days, 5 days a week [part time option potentially available]
Self-reliant with natural intuition for mapping out strategies and processes
Experience with Reddit marketing, SEO tools, and analytics platforms preferred
