Remote Administrator (UK Business) – South Africa

Working Hours: UK hours (8am–6pm UK)

About the Role
We are a UK-based construction and interiors group looking for a reliable, organised Remote Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This is a long-term remote role for the right person.
You will work directly with senior management and help keep projects, emails, schedules, and documents running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and responding to emails professionally
Diary and appointment scheduling
Preparing quotes, invoices, and basic documents
Updating CRM systems and trackers
Following up with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
General administrative support
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Reliable internet connection (backup preferred)
Comfortable working UK business hours
Previous admin or virtual assistant experience preferred
Nice to Have
Experience working with UK companies
Construction, property, or professional services background
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday, Notion, etc.)
