## The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and will be responsible for qualifying prospects, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll follow our proven script and framework — no guesswork, just execution.

## Key Responsibilities
– Respond to and follow up with all inbound leads quickly
– Qualify prospects using our proven script and framework
– Book qualified appointments on the sales calendar
– Manage and update the CRM (GoHighLevel) with accurate lead data
– Hit daily call/outreach KPIs consistently
– Represent the company as a 5-star operation on every interaction
– Adapt to objections and difficult questions with confidence
– Participate in regular training, mock calls, and feedback sessions

## Requirements
– Confident communicator — no “umms” and awkward pauses
– Coachable and hungry to improve — we give direct feedback and expect you to grow from it
– Ability to navigate a script naturally and adapt to different situations
– Previous sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required)
– Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote position)
– **Full-time availability: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day** (Australian time zone)
