Role Overview
In this position, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and scaling high-impact paid media campaigns across major channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive measurable growth for our international client base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and ensure sustainable client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, launch, and manage performance-driven paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and auxiliary digital platforms.
- Monitor live performance metrics, run continuous A/B testing frameworks, and optimize campaigns to achieve optimal conversion rates and strict CPA targets.
- Deep-dive into campaign data to extract actionable insights, spot emerging trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Produce clear, comprehensive performance reports and present strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, platform algorithm updates, evolving ad formats, and emerging marketing tech stacks.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, verifiable experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a proven track record.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong data analysis capabilities paired with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and advanced pixel/conversion tracking setups.
- Creativity & Copywriting: Ability to craft compelling ad copy angles and collaborate effectively with designers on creative concepts.
- Autonomous Execution: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing advertising budgets and tight deadlines in a remote setting.
- Communication: Flawless written and spoken English skills to ensure seamless collaboration with international teams and clients.
