Join our Newswise team as an Customer Service Representative where you will assist with customer service, proposals, email responses, and more.

1. Assist editors to research and plan new articles
2.Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
3. Assist accounting department with payments and collections.
4. Assist marketing team with proposals.
5. Assist with scheduling meetings.
6. Assist with all administrative tasks.

Note : Should be Fluent in English and comfortable to work between 9:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET (USA Eastern Time Zone)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the editor-in-chief to research and plan new articles

2. Research and obtain information from various web Sources

3. Compile, verify accuracy , sort information & Generate reports according to priorities to prepare source data.

4. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities

5. Apply data program techniques and procedures, if possible

6. Need to work on existing Company Projects and to complete them in timely manner.

7. Comply with data integrity and security policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Should be able to work and available from 9:00 AM ET – 5:00 PM ET (USA) weekdays

2. Proofreader and check articles for accuracy

3. Data Entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator

4. Knowledge of working on Google Sheets is preferable

5. Attention to Detail & Ability to prioritize and multitask

6. Candidate should be flexible about the start and end of working hours. Monthly Working hours is 160 Hours.
