About the Role
MidCity Handyman & Remodeling (MHR) (www.midcityhr.com) is expanding its national appointment-setting team to support Eastern and other timezones market coverage. This is a remote B2B role where you will manage one continuous shift beginning with MHR’s EST-based calling window and transitioning into Chloe AI’s per timezone campaigns. You will contact local property management teams, builders, and business owners using our JustCall system and AI-enhanced talk tracks.
Your goal: book appointments for our sales team. We provide everything — leads, scripts, dialer, and training — you bring consistency, energy, and professionalism.
Shift Schedule (All Times EST)
9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. — Call Eastern prospects for MHR
1:00–1:30 p.m. — Quick break and GPT script refresh for other timezone markets
1:30–5:30 p.m. — Call prospects for Chloe AI
This shift provides full 8-hour coverage of two prime outbound windows with no downtime or wasted effort.
Compensation & Structure
A stable, transparent pay plan that rewards consistency and execution:
• Base Pay: $400 per month (biweekly payments)
• Booking Bonus: $50 per confirmed appointment + 2.5% commission on MHR Sales deposits (half of total project cost) or $100 commission for every closed deal for Chloe AI
• Uncapped Earnings: Average $400–$600 per week for steady producers
Responsibilities
• Use JustCall to contact pre-qualified leads from ClickUp lists
• Follow talk tracks and GPT-assisted scripts to schedule 12-minute fit calls
• Book appointments directly in Calendly during each prospect’s local 10–2 window
• Log every outcome (booked, no answer, soft-no, reschedule) in ClickUp
• Leave short, positive voicemails and send same-day follow-up emails for missed connections
• Refresh your GPT script mid-day to load current Mountain-region triggers (HOA trends, weather-related repair demand, inspection cycles)
• Coordinate booked meetings with the estimating team for confirmation

• ClickUp — Central hub for lead lists and call tracking
• Calendly — Calendar for appointment booking and sync
• Google Workspace — Email and internal communication
• AI/GPT Scripts — Auto-updating regional talk tracks and objections
All systems are pre-configured; you will receive login credentials and a walkthrough on day one.
Schedule
• Core Production: Tuesday–Thursday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST (Eastern + Mountain campaigns)
• Light Follow-ups: Monday & Friday, 10 a.m.–12 p.m. EST (callbacks and planning)
• Remote position — work from anywhere with reliable Wi-Fi and headset
• Typically 20–25 live dialing hours per week plus admin time
Training & Support
• Quick-start onboarding: software setup, talk-track training, power-dialer orientation
• Week 1: live roleplays and shadow sessions with QA feedback
• Ongoing weekly coaching with call recordings and KPI reports
