About Us
Mentor Match is a leading online tutoring platform that connects students with top-tier educators for one-on-one, live online classes. Our sessions are personalized, engaging, and focused on helping each learner achieve academic success.
We’re Looking For Teachers in Two Subjects:
Mathematics: IGCSE (Cambridge) and/or US CCSS – Grades 1 to 12
English (ELA): IGCSE (First Language/Second Language) and/or US CCSS – Grades 1 to 12
What We Expect
Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Math or English, preferably with international students
Curriculum Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IGCSE and/or US CCSS standards
Teaching Style: Clear communicator with an engaging, student-centered approach
Technical Requirements: Laptop, pen tablet, and reliable high-speed internet
Availability
Must be available for at least 4 hours per day
Teaching time slots (choose one or both):
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct 1-on-1 live online sessions in Math or English for Grades 1–12
Support students with concept understanding, test preparation, writing skills, and assignments
Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
Track student progress and share regular feedback with parents/guardians
Requirements
Strong foundation in IGCSE and/or CCSS Math or English (Grades 1–12)
Minimum 24 teaching hours per week across 6 days
Access to required tech setup: laptop, pen tablet, and high-speed internet
Schedule & Commitment
Teaching Slots:
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Must commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
Flexibility during exam seasons is preferred
Training & Onboarding
Tutors will undergo a structured onboarding program that covers:
Delivering effective demo and paid sessions
Using our LMS for class scheduling and reporting
Best practices for interactive online teaching
Monitoring student outcomes and progress reporting
