We’re in search of an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute projects across multiple digital marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Copywriting, and Website Design and development. Operating in a fast-paced agency environment, this role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills as it is client-facing. The successful candidate will also support Client Success Managers in delivering ad-hoc tasks throughout the month.
What you will do
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and adherence to quality standards.
- Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Allocate resources efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to clearly define and communicate project requirements.
- Client Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders to meet and exceed project objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report project status to senior management.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project life cycle.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management workflows and automations, primarily through the monday.com platform.
- Client Success Support: Assist Client Success Managers in fulfilling ad-hoc tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
What we require:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically within the digital marketing industry.
- Proven experience in managing website development projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools like monday.com, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
