MedGlo Aesthetic Medicine & Wellness is a physician-led aesthetic clinic in Orange County, California. We’re hiring a Patient Coordinator to be the first voice our patients hear.

When a woman fills out a form because she’s finally ready to try Botox or a facial treatment, you call her back, make her feel comfortable, and book her appointment. When lead flow is quiet, you make outbound calls to potential clients and re-engage past inquiries.

This is a long-term role, not a project. We want someone who wants stability and ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

– Call and text leads within 5 minutes of them coming in
– Follow up warmly with people who don’t respond right away
– Make outbound cold calls to potential clients when lead flow is slow
– Book and confirm appointments so patients actually show up
– Answer basic questions about our services (full training provided)
– Manage your own workflow — no micromanagement

WHAT YOU BRING

– Clear, warm spoken English — your voice is the product
– Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting
– Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls
– Availability during US Pacific hours (5PM–2AM SAST, Mon–Fri)
– Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

COMPENSATION

– Base: $7/hr x 160 hrs = $1,120/month (guaranteed)
– +$5 per appointment booked
– +$10 per patient who shows up
– Example month: 117 bookings, 88 shows = $2,585
