MagaHire is currently hiring an Experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting VA for one of our U.S.-based clients.
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper/Accounting VA with strong knowledge of both bookkeeping and accounting. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and accounting-related tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in both accounting and bookkeeping
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes
Good spoken and written English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Accurate when handling financial information and records
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to manage tasks independently
Good computer and administrative skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
💻 Full-Time Remote Position | 40 Hours/Week
🕘 Monday–Friday | EST Schedule | Weekends Off
💵 Weekly Pay
💰 Compensation: Our client is open to the right candidate. The agency accepts any rate and will include the candidate’s expected rate together with their application, based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
