As a Business Development Manager at Hubtiger, you’ll be the frontline driver of our commercial growth. You’ll showcase our product’s value through live demos, build meaningful relationships with prospective customers across time zones, and close deals that contribute directly to Hubtiger’s global expansion. You’ll also ensure a seamless handover to customer success so new users are set up for long-term success.
Main Outcomes
Convert demo engagements into closed deals that support monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate pipeline and performance tracking via our CRM (HubSpot).
Generate strong momentum in key markets by demonstrating Hubtiger’s value to business owners and decision-makers.
Contribute to a smooth onboarding experience that maximises product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engaging live product demos tailored to prospects in varied time zones.
Manage your sales pipeline and follow-ups in HubSpot to ensure deal accuracy and reporting integrity.
Communicate Hubtiger’s value clearly and persuasively to business owners and decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to refine messaging and handover processes.
Achieve and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer insights and market trends to help shape product and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years working experience in B2B sales and/or new business development.
Proven success in SaaS sales or business development, ideally in dynamic, high-growth environments.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — comfortable connecting with clients live.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, especially when working remotely.
Experience managing meetings and demos across multiple time zones.
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Bonus: Experience in the cycling, repair, or rental industries, or working with small-business software solutions.
