Dear Future Account Manager,
We are looking for a relationship-building wizard with exceptional organization skills and a “let’s do it” approach to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while coordinating internal project operations. This dual role lets you drive client success while ensuring efficient execution through our team.
Ultimately, you will fully own client relationships and project management for 7, 8 and 9-figure ecommerce brands, managing strategists, copywriters, and designers, and reporting results that showcase our impact.
Finding an A+ Account Manager is the company’s #1 priority.
We’ve developed a great process for delivering great results for our clients. On our site, we say we 2-5X email revenue for clients, and it’s not an exaggeration – we regularly get those results. We have good processes and good systems (but if you can improve them – great!). More than anything else, we need a person who is ON IT and makes things happen – on time, with a smile, and while having a great time.
In this role you will:
Build strong client relationships (50%) – Be the primary contact for clients, conduct regular meetings, uncover needs and opportunities, focus on client satisfaction, translate client goals into actionable plans, and analyze results to showcase our impact.
Master project management (50%) – Manage multiple projects simultaneously in ClickUp, coordinate workflow between strategists, copywriters, and designers, establish clear timelines, ensure efficient information flow, resolve bottlenecks, and improve internal processes.
This is a leadership role — you’ll be a squad leader working directly with clients and managing our talented team of strategists, copywriters, and designers. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who’s done exactly this or similar work and can hit the ground running.
However, we’re also open to candidates from more junior roles who show exceptional potential and need some development. For the right person with less experience, this role offers many growth opportunities — whether that’s expanding your leadership skills, deepening your strategic expertise, or developing specialized knowledge in analytics and optimization.

Translate client goals into actionable plans for our team
Analyze the weekly and/or monthly results report delivered by the operational team, be proactive in its analysis before the report presentation meeting, and actively participate in these meetings.
Always analyze the market, competition, and the client’s website, sharing insights with the operational team and the client.
Be able to extract data and information from the general tools used in the accounts, structuring general reports.
Project Management (50%)
Manage projects in ClickUp, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, with quality expectations, and in accordance with the scope hired by the client
