About The Role

This opportunity is with Liquid Talent, a boutique HR and Talent Consultancy.

As part of our Liquid Talent division, you will partner with clients to deliver tailored Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions, helping them scale their teams with quality South African and International talent.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter who can confidently manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and industries.

As a key person in our Talent Team, you will play an important part in building and scaling our recruitment portfolio, while delivering a high-quality, efficient hiring experience to our clients.

You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, while acting as a trusted partner to clients.

Location: Cape Town

Work model: Hybrid (remote with client visits)

What You’ll Do:

1. Client Partnership

 

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
Understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and company culture
Guide clients on role requirements, market trends, and hiring decisions
Support employer branding and talent pipeline development
Act as the go-to contact for all recruitment matters

 

2. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

 

Job scoping and market research

Salary benchmarking

Job specification drafting

Multi-channel sourcing strategies

Candidate screening and shortlisting

Interview co-ordination

Offer management and negotiation

Deliver consistent updates and market insights to clients

Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience

Support smooth handover into onboarding with the HR team

3. Market & Industry Insight

We recruit across a range of industries such as:

Financial Services

ICT

NGO/NPO

PR and Communications

Retail

Services

Stay informed on talent trends and market movements
Build and leverage strong talent pipelines
Represent Liquid Thought at networking and industry events

 

Experience with the following Tools & Platforms will be an advantage:

Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
ATS platforms such as Salesforce, Neptune, Mantal, or Workable
LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools

 

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Strong end-to-end Recruitment capability
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership
Recruitment Agency experience
HR qualification
