Role Overview

One of our clients is looking to bring on an HR professional who can support your team with recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions. The role will focus on managing the full-cycle hiring process, improving HR compliance, and maintaining organized HR documentation and policies. Your goal is to build a structured HR process while ensuring hiring and employee management run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Post job listings on job boards and manage candidate outreach through email and sourcing platforms
Handle employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation
Support HR policy administration and compliance
Manage contracts and HR records
Assist with performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives
Provide administrative HR support, including policy management and disciplinary documentation

Must-Have Qualifications

5 years of HR experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Strong understanding of HR operations and documentation
Fluent English communication skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace

Healthcare industry experience
