🎯 The Role:
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic bridge between our clients and our expert service delivery team. You’ll own client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure our clients achieve exceptional results while maximizing their lifetime value through our comprehensive service offerings.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and nurture strategic relationships with key Ecommerce clients
Drive client success through proactive account management and strategic oversight
Coordinate with our service delivery team to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Lead sales presentations for potential clients, including Google Ads audit deliveries
Identify and execute strategic upselling opportunities within existing accounts
Manage and resolve client concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels

💪 Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing account management, preferably within Ecommerce
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and Ecommerce business models
Excellence in client relationship management and strategic communication

Strong presentation and reporting skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
