About us
Key Let Management is a Manchester based serviced accommodation company. We manage short term rental properties for landlords and trade to guests as Key Let Stays. We are one year old, growing fast, and run on a lean remote team and a modern tech stack.
The role
You will be part of the team that keeps our properties running smoothly day to day. You will be the first point of contact for guests, keep our calendars and channels in order, and support our operations team so nothing slips through the gaps. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, spots problems early and does not need chasing.
What you will do
- Reply to guest enquiries and messages quickly, warmly and professionally
- Manage bookings, calendars and availability across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo
- Coordinate cleaners and turnovers, and follow up until each job is confirmed done
- Log and chase maintenance issues and keep owners and the team updated
- Keep listings, pricing and promotions accurate and up to date
- Follow and improve our SOPs, and flag anything that could be done better
- Support with reviews, reporting and general admin
What we are looking for
- Based in South Africa, with reliable internet and backup power
- Experience in short term rental, hospitality or guest support
- Excellent written English and a friendly, professional tone
- Hands on experience with Uplisting, PriceLabs, Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo is a big advantage
- Comfortable using Slack, Notion, Zapier and Google Workspace
- Organised, reliable and proactive, with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to work UK hours, 9am to 5pm UK time
