I’m looking for a VA who is skilled at cold calling to help me by making calls to specified neighborhoods to identify sellers who are looking to sell their home in 2026.

These leads are typcally not difficult to work with and we’re really only looking to identify those looking to sell.  You do not need to be skilled at closing them.
