Right now, we’re looking for an exceptional Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team.

You’ll build real relationships, craft smart and creative sourcing strategies, and build pipelines of high-quality candidates that wow our clients every time.
We’re growing quickly, so you’ll learn a lot, take ownership from day one, and play a big role in shaping how we source now and in the future!
About The Role
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
🧾 Finding top-quality technical and non-technical candidates for a variety of roles – on time and with precision
📦 Creating tailored, high-touch sourcing strategies to attract the best-fit candidates for each client
📑 Shifting our sourcing from reactive to proactive by building strong, ongoing talent pipelines for common roles
💼 Researching and assessing external talent pools to match client needs and hiring goals
📊 Choosing the most effective platforms and sourcing channels to reach great candidates
🧲 Constantly exploring and testing new ways to attract talent—we love being ahead of the curve in the sourcing world

About You
👊 This Role is For You If…
🌍 You’re an experienced sourcer who knows how to find great people, especially in international markets. Whether it’s a technical or non-technical role, you’ve built sourcing strategies from scratch, executed them with precision, and delivered strong candidates consistently.
🏢 You’ve worked in-house, at an agency, or in RPO, so you understand how sourcing fits into the bigger hiring picture.
🗂️ You’re confident using ATS tools and candidate databases, and you know how to keep things organised and moving fast.
🧪 You’re not afraid to try new sourcing methods or tools – even if they don’t always work.
💬 You care about building a great candidate experience from the very first message, and you communicate like a real person, not a template.
🧠 You think proactively, not just reactively. You love testing ideas, staying organised, and solving problems. And you’re excited to work closely with me and our small, friendly team to make our sourcing sharper, faster, and more effective every month!

Let’s be clear – this isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about finding the right people, building strong pipelines, and improving our sourcing every week.
Each month, we’ll look at how many strong candidates you’ve sourced, how many made it to interview and offer, and how efficient and effective your strategies are.
You’ll help us move from reactive sourcing to proactive pipelines that keep clients coming back for more.
Benefits
What’s in it for you?
💰 Salary: $1,750–$2,500/month (gross, independent contractor basis)*
🌍 Remote: 100%, work from anywhere
🕘 Hours: Full-time (9am–5pm CET with occasional early evening US client onboarding calls)
🌴 Holidays: 20 days paid holiday (rising to 25 after one year)
🤒 Sick Leave: 5 paid sick days per year
