About the role
We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s passionate about client relationships and has a strong digital marketing background. You’ll be someone who knows how to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and ensure clients feel supported and confident in our work.
In this role, you will:
🤝 Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as their trusted partner and go-to point of contact.
📊 Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.
📞 Lead regular client calls to review performance, gather feedback, and present strategic recommendations.
🧠 Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional results.
📝 Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
🗂️ Keep projects organized and on track, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role. You’ll be working until around 1–2 PM Eastern Time (that’s 7–8 PM Central European Time), with a quick email check-in the evening to catch anything urgent.
About you
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing or advertising agency
✅ Strong digital marketing knowledge, including tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
✅ Polished, professional, and friendly with great multitasking and initiative
✅ Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines and milestones
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
✅ Able to work independently and manage resources effectively
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience with the hospitality industry
⭐ Experience working in a time-tracking environment
⭐ Experience with Basecamp
