Role Overview

Job Duck is seeking a dedicated Trainer who is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. In this role, the Trainer will deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen employee skills and support ongoing organizational development. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly, and communicates with clarity and confidence. They will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure that each training initiative is effective, aligned, and consistently improving. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys facilitating learning, solving problems, and creating meaningful impacts each day.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

Delivering engaging learning experiences that strengthen employee skills
Supporting ongoing organizational development
Collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure that each training initiative is effective, aligned, and consistently improving
Facilitating learning, solving problems

What We’re Looking For:

At least two years of experience delivering or facilitating training in a corporate or professional setting.
Post-secondary education in Education, Human Resources, Organizational
Development, Communication, Psychology, or a related field is an asset, but not required.
Certifications or coursework in adult learning, instructional design, or training delivery is a plus, but not mandatory
Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
