Role Overview

Job Duck is seeking a detail‑driven Estate Planning Administrative Assistant to support an established estate planning practice serving high‑end trusts and estates. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, supporting client communication, and maintaining accurate records across systems. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a professional and confidential experience for clients while allowing the attorney to focus on legal strategy. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable handling sensitive financial and legal information with discretion. A candidate who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes ownership of their responsibilities will thrive in this environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

Maintaining and updating CRM records in Lawmatics
Answering and managing incoming phone calls professionally
Assisting with accurate data entry and document management
Ensuring files and records are properly maintained and up to date
Overseeing email inbox management by reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to correspondence on behalf of the executive
Handling confidential information with discretion in all communications and documentation
Supporting administrative tasks related to estate planning matters
