Role Overview

If you’re a confident communicator who thrives on meaningful conversations and enjoys helping people discover something truly special, this role is for you. You’ll be the first point of contact, guiding potential clients toward unforgettable musical experiences. Your ability to connect, follow through, and tailor each pitch will make a real impact. This position is ideal for someone organized, personable, and unfazed by rejection—someone who sees every “no” as one step closer to a “yes.”

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

Initiating outreach via phone and email using provided scripts
Guiding leads to introductory video content and explaining offerings clearly
Following up persistently until a booking or clear decision is made
Closing sales confidently and coordinating preferred date ranges
Maintaining and updating lead database and follow-up status
Collaborating on scheduling and booking logistics
Tailoring pitches based on client interests, budgets, and demographics
Presenting the right product
Highlighting artist backstories
Negotiating pricing and manage contracts
Tracking venue specifics and testing market profitability
Using targeted videos for outreach
Field testing new markets and refining lead targeting

What We’re Looking For:

At least one to two years of experience in sales or outreach preferred
Able to manage follow-ups and bookings independently
Comfortable working with diverse audiences
Confident and persuasive communication
Sales acumen and negotiation
Research and market analysis
CRM and database management
Detail-oriented and organized
AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Organization and follow-through
Integrity-driven
Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
