We’re looking for a Senior SEO expert to lead and execute high-impact strategies across complex, high-traffic digital platforms. This role is key to driving our organic growth, combining technical excellence, strategic vision, and seamless collaboration with development and UX teams. You’ll be hands-on with audits and analysis while shaping long-term SEO plans aligned with business goals.
What You’ll do
Lead Strategy & Planning – Craft and deliver SEO plans for large, content-rich sites, directly tied to business outcomes
Lead Migrations & Replatforming – Spearhead SEO for major website migrations (CMS, domains, redesigns), ensuring no traffic loss
Champion Technical SEO – Run deep technical audits, resolve complex issues (JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals), and embed SEO best practices with development
Innovate with AI & Future-Focused SEO – Stay ahead of AI-led search trends (SGE, zero-click), and pilot tools for automation and optimisation
Collaborate & Communicate – Partner with UX, development, and analytics teams. Share actionable insights, clear documentation, and impactful reporting
What You’ll Bring
5–8+ years in SEO, leading strategy for enterprise or high-traffic sites
Proven success managing large-scale website migrations
Advanced technical SEO skills (crawlability, structured data, JS SEO)
Experience with enterprise SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sitebulb, Botify, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools and content workflows
Proficiency in GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Comfortable in Agile and Waterfall environments
Nice to Have
Experience in a digital agency environment
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or headless setups
Knowledge of multi-regional / multi-lingual platforms (hreflang, regional targeting)
Basic HTML/CSS/JS troubleshooting skills
