SETTER (text only, no phone)
- 5% of every deal that closes from your booking ($120 per deal)
- $100 on your first closed deal
- Leads: 10 to 20 interested WhatsApp replies a day land in our inbox
- Setting experience is a plus, not required. Fast and natural over text is what matters.
CLOSER (Zoom, 30 to 40 min, calls booked for you)
- 15% of cash collected on setter-booked calls ($360 per deal), 20% if you booked it yourself ($480)
- $100 first-deal bonus, then $200, $500 and $1,000 monthly bonuses at $12k, $24k and $36k collected
- Realistic: 8 closes is about $3,000 a month, 15 closes is about $5,900
- Need 6+ months closing on the phone
Both: contractor, no base, paid twice a month by wire transfer in USD, fully remote. Script for every stage, daily training, every call reviewed. You need stable internet and a quiet place to work during SA afternoons and evenings.
