Role Description: We are looking for two sharp, experienced part-time Appointment Setters to join our team. We provide all the leads. Your job is to call these leads to book appointments on our calendar. We then meet with them to help them find the right life insurance policy for their needs.
The role is straightforward: you will follow a script that is about half a page long, become familiar with the 5 to 10 main objections that come up, and get the appointment booked. You will be dialing a combination of leads in Utah, Arizona, and Oregon. We are looking for people who want to stay with us long-term, as there is plenty of room for growth as we expand.
The Setup:
Days: 5 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
Weekday Shift (Tuesday – Friday):
Time for US Leads: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Oregon) and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Utah & Arizona).
Your Local Shift in South Africa: Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM SAST.
Saturday Shift:
Time for US Leads: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Oregon) and 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Utah & Arizona).
Your Local Shift in South Africa: Saturday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM SAST.
Location & Technical Requirements:
Remote: You must have a quiet, private space with no background noise.
Reliability: You must have a power backup solution (UPS/Inverter) to ensure 100% uptime during scheduled shifts.
Equipment: Reliable computer with a webcam and high-speed internet.
Virtual Office: You are required to be on Discord with your video on and unmuted during all working hours for real-time coaching.
Compliance: You will be using our CRM and a multi-line dialer. All calls are recorded.
Compensation:
Pay: $300 USD per month for 20 hours per week.
Payment Schedule: Paid weekly ($75 USD per week).
Growth: Room for pay increases based on performance and reliability.
