Horizons ABA provides compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We are growing quickly and receive many new family inquiries each week. To keep up, we are looking for a detail-oriented, friendly Client Intake Specialist to join our team and support our intake process.

Role Overview:
The Client Intake Specialist will support our lead Intake Coordinator by handling follow-ups, document collection, and scheduling tasks. You will work closely with families, BCBAs (clinical supervisors), and internal team members to ensure families move smoothly through the intake process.
Responsibilities:
- Call, email, and text prospective clients to follow up on missing documentation.
- Track client progress through the intake pipeline (CRM / Monday.com).
- Schedule and confirm intake calls/assessments with families.
- Escalate cases to the clinical team for approval when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and daily updates in our system.
- Provide professional, empathetic communication to families.
- Work U.S. business hours.
Qualifications:
- Strong spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred).
- Friendly, professional phone manner.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Prior healthcare or healthcare administration experience required.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, email, and scheduling tools.
- Technical setup required: stable high-speed internet, dual monitor setup, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
