We are looking for an exceptional VA Lettings Administrator role!
Duties will be:
* Managing Move Ins
* Coordinating with the maintenance department to ensure properties are ready
* Booking compliance and check in reports prior to tenancy commencement
* Liaising with the team to ensure move in goes smoothly
* Drafting documents such as tenancy agreements
* Adding Expenses to the CRM
* Negotiate renewals
* Managing end-of-tenancy processes, including check-outs
* Arrange Property Inspections
* Keeping track of property compliance and ensuring certificates are up to date
* Keeping systems updated
* End of day reports to Lettings Manager
Qualifications and Experience
* UK Real Estate experience is a plus
* Good writing, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
* Minimal accent
* Fast learner
* Tech-savvy
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* Willing to work in a team (Team Player, Communicative)
* Willing to start ASAP
* Can follow procedures and policies
* Great attention to detail
* Adaptive to change and highly reliable
* Knows how to commit to tasks and responsibilities
* Ability to multitask
* Strong drive to be trained and learn new skills
* Proactive
