Job Title: Internal Recruiter

Location: Must work PST or EST (Pacific Standard Time to Eastern Standard Time)

Overview

Hire Hangar is seeking a dynamic Internal Recruiter with a solid background in staffing and high-volume recruiting. This role is designed for someone with practical experience at a large staffing firm who has successfully worked with tech clients and can confidently conduct technical interviews. Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
High-Volume Recruiting: Effectively handle multiple requisitions and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Technical Interviewing: Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for tech roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with tech clients and internal hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent solutions.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Applicant Tracking: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track progress and maintain candidate records accurately.
Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing enhancements in recruitment processes and strategies to boost efficiency and candidate quality.

 

Required Qualifications

 

Experience: 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on staffing and high-volume recruitment, ideally from a large staffing company.
Technical Recruiting: Demonstrated ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates for tech roles.
Client-Focused: Proven track record of working with tech clients and understanding their unique recruitment needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and digital sourcing platforms.
PST Availability: Must be able to work within Pacific Standard Time hours a few days a week.
