About the Role
Grand Slam Exotics is a car rental company based in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a reliable, professional Virtual Assistant to handle customer service, reservations, and basic billing support.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow systems and policies consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer messages (text, email, app inquiries)
Provide vehicle availability, pricing, and rental requirements
Create and manage reservations in our system
Process rental extensions according to policy
Send payment instructions and confirmations
Document all customer interactions clearly
Follow scripts, SOPs, and message templates
What You Will NOT Do
Negotiate pricing or deposits
Approve refunds or exceptions
Change policies
Handle escalations independently
(You will follow a clear escalation process.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong customer service and phone etiquette
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling calls, texts, and emails
Able to follow step-by-step procedures
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, customer service rep, or call center agent preferred
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with reservations or booking systems
Experience in car rental, hospitality, or service-based businesses
Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM systems
