We’re looking for a determined and self reliant VA and customer services person that can think outside the box and take ownership of task. You need to be able to navigate around challenges and think outside the box to get to an outcome.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:

– Helping the CEO with day-to-day operational tasks.
– Assisting the marketing manager.
– Updating Shopify products and descriptions.
– Responding to customer queries and resolving their issues with our voice and tone (this is one of your main responsibilities.

Excellent written and spoken English is a MUST. This is not optional.

You will need to work with the team based in the USA and the owner based in Australia.

We need someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes.
