Virtual Assistant — Narration, Facilitation & Partner Management

GoZtartUp (Aice Limited) is a UK-based company in the health and social care sector. We help healthcare and childcare professionals transition from employment to owning their own regulated business.

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant on a permanent remote contract. This is a long-term role with genuine growth potential.

You will progress through three areas of responsibility:

Course Narration: Record professional narration for our educational course modules. You will screen-record the lesson content on your computer while narrating from a provided script. Clear spoken English and confident delivery are essential.

Partnership Management: Manage onboarding of new partners via professional email communication and Google Meet calls. Maintain relationships and keep the onboarding process running smoothly.

Mock Exam Facilitation: Facilitate online mock examination sessions via Google Meet. Manage participants, keep sessions on track, and handle real-time questions.

What we need from you:

Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable)

Confident and professional on camera and microphone

Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and quiet workspace

Computer with external microphone or quality headset, and webcam

Screen recording software (OBS Studio, Loom, or similar)

Available Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Terms:

Permanent contract role (not hourly or project-based)

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Payment via Wise on the 3rd of each month

NARRATION SCRIPT:

Quality assurance is the foundation of every care service. Without clear systems in place, standards can decline, outcomes can suffer, and the people who depend on these services are put at risk.

In this module, we will explore the key principles of quality management within health and social care settings. We will look at how to establish clear benchmarks for service delivery, how to monitor performance against those benchmarks, and what steps to take when standards are not being met.

A strong quality assurance framework begins with leadership. It is the responsibility of the registered manager and senior team to set expectations, model best practice, and create a culture where continuous improvement is the norm rather than the exception.

We will also examine the role of audits, both internal and external, in maintaining standards. Regular audits allow organisations to identify gaps before they become problems, and to demonstrate compliance to regulators such as the Care Quality Commission.

Staff training is another critical component. Every team member, from care workers to administrative staff, must understand their role in maintaining quality. This means not only completing mandatory training, but also engaging in reflective practice and ongoing professional development.

By the end of this module, you will have a practical understanding of how to build and sustain a culture of quality within your organisation. You will be equipped with tools, templates, and frameworks that can be applied immediately in your setting.
