Klaviyo Account Manager
Location: Remote (Open to candidates from South Africa)
Hours Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Time Zone: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM South Africa Time
Compensation: 26,000 – 32,000 South African Rand

The company is a fast-growing email and SMS marketing agency helping e-commerce brands scale through retention marketing. The company is building toward becoming one of the leading e-commerce marketing agencies in the Philippines and is looking for key team members to grow with it.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just execution—you will take full ownership of client accounts, driving both strategy and performance. You will work in a high-trust, no micromanagement environment, where results and output matter more than processes or time tracking.
The Klaviyo Account Manager will act as the strategic lead and primary client contact, ensuring campaigns consistently deliver strong revenue results while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and own multiple Klaviyo accounts at a strategic and execution level
Develop and implement email and SMS marketing strategies for e-commerce clients
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns, flows, and segmentation
Write high-converting email and SMS copy aligned with brand voice
Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, reporting, and strategic insights
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize for revenue growth
Make minor design adjustments in Figma when needed
Identify opportunities to improve performance and scale accounts
Ensure consistent delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations
Must-Have Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience managing Klaviyo accounts for e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and retention strategies
Experience writing conversion-focused marketing copy
Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
Self-starter with high ownership and ability to work independently
Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and outcomes
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience working in an agency environment
Familiarity with Figma for minor design edits
Experience using AI tools for copywriting and campaign optimization
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data
Leadership potential and interest in growing into a senior role
