Quicken Virtual Assistant – Daily Bookkeeping & Business Support (Part-Time, Remote – South Africa)
About Us
We are a specialized egg donor business helping families achieve their dreams. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can manage daily Quicken bookkeeping and provide general business support.
Your Role
Daily Quicken bookkeeping:
Bank reconciliations (multiple accounts)
Transaction categorization (donor payments, clinic fees, billing)
Donation income and expense tracking
Creating Docusign agreements
General support tasks:
Flagging payment issues or exceptions
Light admin support (scheduling, client coordination, document management)
Assisting owner with day-to-day business tasks
Requirements
3+ years Quicken or bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar accepted if confident with Quicken)
Accuracy and attention to detail with multi-account reconciliations
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Some overlap with USA, east coast business hours
Reliable internet and ability to provide timely daily updates
Nice to Have:
Experience with Docusign
Previous virtual assistant or client-facing admin experience
What We Offer
6–8 hours per week to start, with potential to grow
Hourly rate: R200–R300 (based on experience)
Consistent daily work with growth opportunities

Flexible, remote work within South African hours
