We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Revenue Operations Coordinator to join a newly formed team within Game Lounge.

Working closely with the sales and finance teams, you will be the bridge between both teams, ensuring efficient operations and cross collaborations within all departments.

You will be a key stakeholder with a direct impact on performance and revenue.

What you’ll be doing:

Invoicing:
Preparing and sending invoices to customers
Payment Processing: Recording and posting payments received from customers.
Collection: Following up with customers on outstanding payments and resolving discrepancies.
Reporting: Generating reports on accounts receivable status, such as aging reports, to track outstanding debts.
Process coordination: Supporting lead-to-revenue workflows.
Operators Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with operators and addressing their financial inquiries.
Data Analysis: Extracting reports for data analysis.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Collaborating with sales, finance and kiickr teams.
Operations support: work closely with the Director of sub-affiliation and kiickr team, providing support and assistance in other projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, In possession of a diploma in Accounting or Finance;
Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Prior experience in a similar finance or accounts role
Proficiency with accounting software: Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks, would be an asset.

How you’ll work:

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
