Website Finsight Accountants
Finsight is a UK-based accountancy firm specializing in the agency sector. I am looking for a sharp, logical, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join me for 10 hours per week (2 hours per day, Monday–Friday). This is a dual role that will grow as the business scales, hopefully growing to 6-8 hour per day over the next 18 months. You will be my right-hand person, focusing on two key areas:
1. LinkedIn Growth & Outreach (1 Hour Daily):
Managing my LinkedIn inbox and responding to new connections.
Sending personalised first messages to UK agency owners using a provided script/structure.
Ensuring the “personal touch” is maintained—referencing their agency name and niche naturally (no robotic copy-pasting).
Following up with leads and flagging “hot” conversations for me to jump into.
2. Bookkeeping Support (1 Hour Daily):
Basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero and QuickBooks.
Transaction tagging and bank reconciliations.
I am happy to provide full training on UK-specific accounting software and standards, but you must have a natural head for numbers and a high attention to detail.
Who You Are:
You are “Sharp”: You don’t just follow a script; you use your brain. If something looks wrong, you flag it.
Excellent Communicator: Your written English is flawless.
Availability: You must be available to work your 2 hours during UK business hours (roughly between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM GMT) for easy communication.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with LinkedIn, Xero/QuickBooks (or willing to learn).
