Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings. They will also assist in client communication, manage emails, and support lead generation efforts. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant will be responsible for data entry, maintaining records, and conducting basic research as needed.
Qualifications
Administrative skills, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
Proficiency in client communication, email management, and supporting lead generation
Data entry and record maintenance skills
Basic research abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
Proficiency with common office software and virtual communication tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
